For orders above INR 5000 shipping is absolutely free. For orders below INR 5000, there is a normal fee of INR 100 charged for domestic delivery only in India.
We ship your order within 24-48 hours.
You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-3 working days in major cities and 12-15 days for other locations as per your pin code.
Sometimes, items may be sourced from outside India.
These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 20 - 25 days or a month to be delivered to you.
You can track your order online once it is dispatched. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability.
We will intimate you in such cases through phone or by email.
If you feel the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery.
In such case, you can our customer support team or contact us with your order number.
We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
International Shipping:
For International delivery, Shipping Charges will depend on the Weight of the Product if the order value is below USD 200.
For all orders above 200 USD, Shipping Charges will be a fixed nominal fee of USD 15 only for any country around the world.
And for orders of USD 500 and above, we offer free shipping.
